Nothing feels like home without Momma’s cooking! Though accustom to traditional Vietnamese cuisine, that didn’t stop her from adding flare to staple Japanese entrées! Working alongside Mr. Win every step of the way, Mrs. Win has built up a reputation of perfection & excellence that cannot be negotiated!

Burmese in origin, Mr. Win took a gamble to elevate his family into a better life. 8 months of sushi apprenticeship, followed by 8 years of franchise sushi, then establishing Sushi Win LLC in 2013… Win senior has worked hard to retain customer loyalty in the Evergreen Community and beyond through his kindness and love for food!
